FREQCOR_functions.remove_outliers(data, class_id, ws_values, outlier_info=None)

Detect and remove outliers from a data series using the IQR method. Optionally stores information about removed outliers in outlier_info dict. Returns filtered data (same type as input), and optionally updates outlier_info.
