## Processing Times

Typical processing times on an Intel Core i7-1165G7 (2.80GHz, 8 cores):
- Multiprocessing mode: ~15 seconds per half-hour file
- Single-process mode: ~45 seconds per half-hour file

These benchmarks are based on:
- SONIC file at 50 Hz
- TRACER file at 10Hz with 80 ions
- All CPU-intensive options enabled
